My Holiday

WALT: We are learning to write edit and  recraft our writing.

To write my story I made a plan at the top of the page. Then I wrote my story underneath. The green writing shows the editing I have done and the red parts show what Mr Masters helped me with.   

Writing

In the holidays I went fishing at the worf. M y cousins Blake,

Wade and Julien^ catch too Kingy's, one Snapper and one

                            They   caught

‘spikfish’.  The Kingy’s were 8 kilos^that was bigger than the

  SpikeyFish                                           but

Snapper. The fish  smells so fishy^ I did not like that smell it

Isgross. the squid was so squishy too.  I went with my

cousins, Dad, Mum, Zion and Tyson. It was such a fun week

because I get to swim in the deep and have bikies. When I got

Reflection: It was complicated because I did not no what the carrots meant.

Tidy Number Strategy.

WALT: We are learning to use making ten/Tidy number strategy.   

     

1.  8+7=15

 8+2=10

 10+5=15

2. 9+6=14

9+1=10

9+5=14

         

Reflection: It was a little bit hard but fun a little.

Number Bonds

WALT: We are learning number bonds to 10,20,50 and 100.

Reflection:   It was a little bit hard because I did not know what number bonds meant.

What is a number bond?

A number bond is like 10 and 10 is 20 because a number bond is two numbers that make a tidy number.

Handsaw:

WALT: We are learning how to use hand tools safely.

I  loved it but it wasn't that easy. It wasn't easy because of the coloring I had to do.

Rereketannga

WALT- We are learning about our Value of Rereketanga  or Diversity.


They are different colors and shapes. People are different too and we need to respect them.

Hi my name is Shyloh . My favourite food is Mcdonalds and KFC. My ourite cat is Oly-J, he is the best cat in the world. My favourite animals are Tigers and baby Lions. Baby Lions are so cute. When I went to the park I played on the bars but I got blisters. At the movies my family went to watch The Hidden World. It is the best movie ever. My favourite sport is Netball. I always practise netball at home. And  that's all about me.

I did't like anything. It was boring.
